When an AI app changes something in your institute, one question matters most: does anyone outside see it yet? Every edit in Settings → MCP Server carries a badge that answers that question, such as Drafts only or Changes live. Risk levels explains each badge. This page walks through the areas, with examples.
Live edits that are turned on separately (opt-in), and every CRM action that contacts a lead, show you a preview and wait for your yes in the chat. A few edits apply directly: invite page and form edits (Courses Edit), and a course’s images or intro video. See Confirmations.

Area by area

  • Build and edit pages (Drafts only). Every page, section, colour, font and form link is saved as a draft. The live site does not change. The AI app gives you an editor link so you can review the draft and publish it from Manage Pages in your admin portal. When the AI app says a draft is “ready”, it has only been checked. It is not live.
  • Import Figma designs (Drafts only). Turns a Figma design that your AI app read into a draft site.
  • Set up folders, course tags and product pages (Adds to live data, opt-in). Adds the course data a design needs. New folders start hidden and new product pages start as drafts. But tags added to a live course change your site’s filters at once, and a course added to an active store page is on sale at once. It shows a plan first and never deletes or renames anything.
  • Publish and roll back (Changes live, opt-in). Puts a checked draft live, or brings back an earlier published version, after your yes. The site is live only when the AI app reports that the publish succeeded.
  • Create campaigns and add fields (Adds only). Creates lead campaigns, adds fields to their forms and can send one test lead. A campaign is a real record, not a draft, so it can receive leads as soon as a form points to it. Nothing is removed from here.
  • Draft automations (Drafts only). Saves workflows as drafts. A draft automation never runs. It starts working only when someone opens it in the builder and publishes it. Published automations can’t be changed or removed from here.
  • The AI app can also create new email and WhatsApp templates an automation needs. New WhatsApp templates go to Meta for approval. Existing templates are never changed.
  • Draft posts (Drafts only). Posts are saved as drafts in Manage Pages → Blog. A draft is never shown on your website until someone presses Publish. Published posts can’t be changed from here.
  • Content (chapters, slides) (Drafts only). New courses are created as drafts and only draft courses can be edited. Slides are drafts unless you ask for them to be published. A course goes live only when an admin approves it in your admin portal. One exception, by design: the course’s preview image, banner and intro video can be set on live courses too.
  • Drip release rules (Not-live courses only). Sets release rules on courses that are not live yet. Never touches the institute-wide drip switches.
  • Invite links, pricing and enrolment forms (Changes live). Creates invite links and payment plans. Edits to an invite’s page and registration form apply right away, on live courses too. Payment plans are never edited or removed.
  • Structure and depth (Changes live, opt-in). Changes how many levels a course has, or regroups it, after a preview and your yes. On a live course, learners see the new structure at once and keep their progress. Nothing is copied or deleted.
  • Enrol into courses (Changes live, opt-in). Enrols learners after a preview and your yes. Learners get access at once. Never removes anyone from a course. It asks you each time whether to send the welcome email and the login-details email.
  • Edit learner details (Changes live, opt-in). Changes a learner’s details after showing you before → after. Applies right away. Email and username can never be changed from here.
The CRM areas show in Settings → MCP Server for every institute, but the AI app gets CRM tools only when your plan includes the CRM. Without it, the tools do not appear (or answer module_not_enabled if called). Every CRM edit is turned on separately (opt-in).
  • Notes, logged calls and follow-ups add records to the lead’s history straight away. They change nothing that exists.
  • Status, owner, tier, tags and details change the lead itself, as your team sees it in your admin portal. Changes to existing data show a preview first. A status change can start the automations set up for that status, and the preview says so.
  • Calls, AI calls, WhatsApp messages and meeting bookings contact the lead. They always show a preview first, and each yes sends exactly once.

Why drafts are the default

Most of what an AI app builds, such as a website, a course, a blog post or an automation, is best reviewed by a person before anyone else sees it. So those tools are built so they cannot publish:
  • You can let an AI app work for an hour on a new site without any risk to the live one.
  • You review the result in the same editor your team already uses.
  • You publish with the same button as always.
If you want the AI app to publish websites too, an admin can turn on Publish and roll back. It still needs your yes for each publish.

Where to find what the AI app made

  • Website and blog drafts: open the editor link the AI app gives you, or open Manage Pages.
  • Automations: open the automation builder. New ones show as Draft.
  • Courses: draft courses appear in your course list as drafts until approved.
  • Learners and CRM: the change shows in the learner’s or lead’s record, as with any change your team makes.
Ask the AI app: “List everything you changed in this chat, with links.” It can only report what its tools returned. So when it matters, check in your admin portal as well.
